Each ministry can have it's own manager, who is able to manage the team within ServiceBuilder. This management can include scheduling, messaging, and other aspects of that particular ministry.
When team members are unable to keep a scheduled committment, they are able to 'decline' a date, which notifies everyone else on the team that the spot must be filled.
